Our Packaging

We strive to use recyclable, sustainable and biodegradable packaging wherever possible. Our boxes and inserts are made from recyclable FSC-certified paper originating from responsibly managed forests. Also very importantly, it is certified as chlorine and acid free. Wherever possible, we endeavour to package our products in recyclable glass as their primary packaging and utilise recyclable accessories. For one of our products, for safety reasons and ease of use, we have implemented HDPE packaging as it is widely considered as one of the easiest polymers to recycle.

We are constantly looking for ways to reduce our waste and increase our use of eco-friendly packaging. If you have any suggestions on how we can forward this fundamental goal, please contact us office@murreskincare.com.

Our ingredients and communities

We source ingredients from suppliers who share our commitment of providing responsible growth, taking care of both the environment as well as ensuring an ethical and sustainable supply chain. We cooperate with business partners whose ethical efforts spin across a wide spectrum from providing an equal opportunities environment, ensuring high standards of safety at the workplace to reducing water consumption per unit of output.

We always tend to choose ingredients which are either certified, organic or sourced in a responsible manner. An example of this is the Padina algae extract that we use in our Nourishing Face Oil. The algae is hand-harvested from the Mediterranean Sea in an ecologically responsible way to ensure its renewal.
