WHAT IS THE SHIPPING COST?
POLAND: For all orders placed within Poland we offer free shipping.
EUROPEAN UNION: Throughout the European Union we offer free shipping on orders above 90 EUR. Below this amount we will charge a courier shipping cost of 11 EUR.
DELIVERY TIME: We do our best to dispatch your orders as soon as possible. In Poland we try to deliver orders within 1-3 working days from the moment they leave our warehouse. Depending on the destination country within the European Union, we usually deliver orders between 3-5 working days from the day they leave our facility.
RETURNS: Orders can be returned up to 14 days of receipt. Please send your unused product to the following address: MURRE sp. z o.o., Plac Stanisława Małachowskiego 2, 00-066 Warsaw. After verifying the return, we will issue a refund within 14 days after receiving the item.
